Jahan Sanat industry group has been able to cover a large volume of demands on the market by designing and manufacturing single-wall stainless steel processing and storage tanks in capacities from 1 to 100 tons , widely used in the food , dairy , concentrate and chemical industries .
These tanks have special features like ability to bear high pressure (test pressure 10 bar work pressure 10 bar) , pressure and heat transfer by steam , steam and water ( chiller and cold water) as well as CIP washing system .

Sinle-wall tanks have the capacities of 500 liters , 1 ton , 2 tons , 3 tons , 5 tons , 10 tons and 20 tons .
The technical specifications of this tank are as follows :
1 . The lens made of stainless steel 304 with a thickness of 2.5 mm
2 . Floor lens of stainless steel 304 sheet with a thickness of 3 mm
3. Walls of the tank of stainless steel 304 sheet with a thickness of 5.2 mm
4 . Manhole door with a diameter of 40 cm ( installing location is on the top lens)
5 . Large ventilator including tube and mesh sheet 5.1 mm ( installing location is on the top lens)
6 . Flange and tube light ( installing location is on the top lens)
7 . Two liner tubes and beads 38 with a wash ball for CIP( installing location is on the top lens)
8 . A liner tube and nut 51 with knee-joint 51 for anti-foaming ( installing location is on the top lens)
9 . Gearbox engine 1.1 KW for locomotive mixer ( installing location is the center of the top lens)
10 . A ladder made of stainless steel with a diameter of 25
11 . Four pillars with pliers , nuts and screws
12 . Thermometer (0-120) bar (Chvalo Italia) with stainless steel grade frame
13 . Liner tube and nut 51 for the outlet of the tank ( installing location is the center of the floor lens)

Double-wall Tank
Double wall tanks have the capacity of 5 tons , 10 tons , 20 tons , 25 tons , 30 tons

Top out lens made of stainless steel sheet 304with thickness of 502 mm
