Trisodium citrate has the chemical formula of NACHO . It is sometimes referred to simply as Sodium citrate . Trisodium citrate is the salt of Citric acid and possesses a saline , mildly tart flavor . It is called نمک ترشی because of the salt of Trisodium citrate and Calcium .
