Shallot is an appetizing seasoning with warm nature . It contains about 0.6-1 % essence including Allyl propyl , Di sulfide , Sulfur composition , Allicin , Allistin 1 and 2 . All types of powder and granules in sizes 2,3 and 4 , in two forms –exposed and not exposed to radiation – are available .
Shallot is a plant which looks like garlic , has a bulb, long narrow leaves and reddish purple flowers . Shallot is either grown in western provinces or found wild in the mountains .
