Fungal Chitosan is a natural polymer derived from the fungus' cell wall which is confirmed as an additive with natural source .
Chitoly AB is a fungal Chitosan insoluble in water which is obtained from Agaricus Bisporus and Chitoly OM is a soluble Chitosan which is derived from Pleurotus Ostreatus . Both compounds can be used as a polymer for reducing quality wastage caused by microbial , enzymatic , non-enzymatic or non-enzymatic getting brown corruption and rapid destruction of vitamins during the fruit , vegetables , juice and fresh meat products' shelf life.
